cupcakes are better. a little fun for all you fools out there.
happy april fool's day!
spaghetti and meatball how-to:
vanilla cupcakes
1 can vanilla icing (I made my go-to buttercream)
add 1/2 tsp cocoa and 3 drops yellow food coloring to icing
spread thin layer on cupcakes
use small pastry tip and make your noodles!
in bowl, add:
12 Ferrero Rocher chocolates
1 small jar low-sugar strawberry jam
(I used raspberry thinking the little black speckles would be a good pepper stand-in,
but it ended up being too dark)
coat meatballs with jam
put meatballs on top of spaghetti
sauce it up!
